Tumble Belt Shot Blasting Machine
A tumble belt shot blasting machine loads parts into an endless belt that turns the work over and over beneath the blast wheels, so small and medium parts are cleaned on every surface without being fixtured. It is the most economical way to descale, deflash and strip batch quantities of castings, forgings, fasteners, springs and stamped components. The belt material follows the work. Rubber belts protect delicate parts and reduce noise, which suits aluminium and finished machined components. Steel belts and manganese aprons take the impact of heavy or sharp castings without tearing, and are the usual choice above roughly 1 tonne per load. Dingtian builds Q32 series tumblast machines with load capacities from 0.3 to 5 tonnes, rubber or steel belt, manual or automatic door, and abrasive separation through a rotary screen and magnetic separator so moulding sand and core sand leave the loop before they reach the wheels. Send us a sample part, the batch weight and the required finish, and we will size the barrel and the wheel power for your throughput. See the Q32 rubber belt tumblast for capacities and options.
