Extreme delivery verifies execution. The Huangpu Wenchong project was completed in just 150 days — Type 052 / 054 frigate pretreatment lines delivered through parallel engineering and modular design, 40% faster than the industry average.
Military-grade standards fully met. Surface cleanliness ≥ Sa 2.5 and roughness precisely controlled at 30–75 μm, ensuring long-term combat readiness of naval vessels in harsh marine environments.
Monopoly broken, a new era opened. First private-enterprise shot blasting pretreatment equipment entering a state-owned military shipyard, ending decades of reliance on imported or state-owned equipment.

2015 · Forging the backbone of the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link
120-day extreme delivery. For the Zubr-class LCAC air-cushioned landing craft, custom shot blasting parameters and flexible support schemes achieved zero surface defects under high airtightness requirements.
International military certification. Equipment passed rigorous acceptance by the Ukrainian Navy technical expert team, proving international advanced level in high-end marine pretreatment equipment.
Cross-sector value leap. Steel plates processed by the line were applied to the Shenzhen–Zhongshan Link undersea tunnel, offshore drilling platforms and large dredgers.
Harsh environment reliability. In the extreme corrosion environment of Lingding Bay, the 30–75 μm anchor profile guarantees coating toughness and a 50-year design life for the structures.

2018 · Zero deformation of thin steel plates
China's first thin-plate line. Independently developed 3.5-meter-wide thin-plate shot blasting pretreatment line at Guangzhou Shipyard International (GSI), with special design and dynamic pressure balancing technology.
Verified zero deformation. 3–5 mm thin plates verified at zero deformation after blasting, meeting luxury Ro-Pax requirements for cabin wall panels and deck plates to IACS standards.
European market breakthrough. Applied to the shot blasting pretreatment of ship steel plates for Italy's GNV series, UK's P&O battery-hybrid ferries, and Italy's MOBY Line.
Monopoly broken, leadership gained. Filled the domestic technology gap and broke the long-standing European monopoly, upgrading from import substitution to exporting into premium markets.
