Pangborn Wear Parts

Pangborn machines have a long service record in foundries, forging shops and steel fabricators. The abrasive that cleans your workpieces also wears the wheel and the chamber, and the sequence is predictable: blades first, then control cages, then liners.

We manufacture compatible wear parts for Pangborn blast wheels and blast chambers, including Super Wheel assemblies. Each casting is produced in our own foundry and machined to the original mounting dimensions.

Blast Wheel Blades

Straight and curved blades for Pangborn wheel assemblies, including Super Wheel. Cast in Cr12MoV, XCr23 or XCr18 and finish ground, balanced as a set.

Control Cages and Impellers

Control cages with machined windows, and impellers that distribute abrasive evenly across the blade face. Cage window angle controls the blast pattern.

Wear Liners and Guard Plates

Liners for blast chamber walls, doors, roof and wheel housings. Available in Cr12MoV, XCr23, XCr18, GCr15 and Mn13, cut and drilled to your chamber layout.

Feed Pipes, Sealing Parts and Fixings

Abrasive feed pipes with hardened inlets, rubber sealing curtains, and the fasteners that hold the wheel assembly together.

Dust Collector Filter Cartridges and Abrasive Handling Parts

Filter cartridges, air wash separator screens, bucket elevator buckets and screw conveyor flights for the abrasive recovery circuit.
