Wheelabrator blast machines are built to run for decades, but the parts that touch the abrasive do not. Blades wear, control cages open up, liners thin out, and the blast pattern drifts. When that happens you need replacement parts that fit the first time and hold their service life.

We manufacture compatible wear parts for Wheelabrator blast wheels and blast chambers. Each part is cast and machined to match the original mounting dimensions, so it drops into your existing wheel or chamber without modification.

What We Supply

Blast Wheel Blades

Straight and curved blades for Wheelabrator EZX and similar wheel assemblies. Cast in Cr12MoV, XCr23 or XCr18 and finish ground, with each set balanced so the wheel runs without vibration.

Control Cages and Impellers

Control cages with machined windows and impellers that feed abrasive evenly from the feed pipe to the blades. Window angle sets the blast pattern, so it has to match the machine.

Wear Liners and Guard Plates

Liner plates for blast chamber walls, doors and wheel housings. Blast chamber wear liners are supplied in Cr12MoV, XCr23, XCr18, GCr15 and Mn13, cut and drilled to your chamber layout.

Feed Pipes, Sealing Parts and Fixings

Abrasive feed pipes with hardened inlets, rubber sealing curtains, and the bolts, nuts and washers that hold the assembly together.

Dust Collector Filter Cartridges and Abrasive Handling Parts

Dust collector filter cartridges, air wash separator screens, bucket elevator buckets and screw conveyor flights for the abrasive recovery circuit.
