Shot blasting machine wear parts are not interchangeable by guesswork. The blade profile, the control cage window angle and the mounting bolt pattern all have to match the wheel they go into, which is why we ask for the machine model and the part number before quoting.

Control Cages and Impellers

Control cages, also called directional sleeves or impeller cages, with machined windows. Impellers and shot distributor wheels feed abrasive evenly to the blades.

Wear Plates, Guard Liners and Chamber Liners

Wear plates and guard liners for wheel housings, plus cast liner plates for blast chamber walls and doors. Available in Cr12MoV, XCr23, XCr18, GCr15 and Mn13.

Feed Pipes, Sealing Curtains and Fixings

Abrasive feed pipes with hardened inlets, rubber sealing curtains and the complete fastener set.

Separators and Dust Collection

Air wash separator screens and dust collector filter cartridges for the abrasive recovery circuit.
